Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of VIVI, an AEO/GEO visibility monitoring service provided by BubbleShare Inc. (“Company”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. These Terms are specific to VIVI (separate from the general bubbleshare.io terms).

1. The service

VIVI crawls AI and traditional search engines to measure how often a brand is mentioned and cited, and presents visibility metrics and optimization opportunities on a dashboard.

2. Free trial

  • The self-serve trial is free and does not require a payment method.
  • It is limited (a capped number of onboarding/analysis cycles) and intended for evaluation.
  • No automatic billing applies to the self-serve trial. Paid subscriptions, if any, are arranged separately and governed by a separate agreement.
  • We may modify or end the trial program at our discretion.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Disrupt, hack, or circumvent the security of the platform
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others
  • Interfere with normal operation of the service

4. Your data & content

You retain ownership of the monitoring configuration and content you provide. You grant us the rights necessary to process it to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Changes & termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, with notice where reasonable. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Metrics are estimates derived from third-party engines and may be incomplete or change over time. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
